At Booth, we understand that it takes many stages and services for a client to complete a project. In certain instances, the law allows witnesses to provide opinion evidence, and such evidence is divided into two classes, lay opinion and expert opinion. At Booth we have a full scope of experience in civil and product liability cases to assist as expert witness or expert testimony should the need arise. Our thorough understanding of the complexities involved in engineering serve our client's well in their legal needs.

Forensic engineering is the investigation of materials, products, structures or components that fail or do not operate or function as intended, causing personal injury or damage to property. The consequences of failure are dealt with by the law of product liability and often, one or more parties need professional engineers to reconstruct those failures for cause. At Booth, our forensic engineers provide litigation support in cases where there have been structural or mechanical failures.
