The Substation and Relaying Division of Booth & Associates, Inc. has been actively involved in the design, construction administration, testing, and energization of substation facilities for municipal electric systems and rural electric cooperatives since 1960. We approach every substation design as a unique design effort for each individual client. Our designs range from 4 kV to 230 kV, including distribution and generation substations, transmission switching stations, and miscellaneous switching structures. Our capabilities span all aspects of design and installation assistance, including structural, electrical, civil, and relay and control systems through full procurement and contract administration.
Our staff provides 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week emergency restoration of service assistance to all of our utility clients.
